Feast of Four Winds 2015

The Shire of Adora Posted on 28/09/2015 by adorawebwright15/05/2017

The winds of time are blowing a gale. Join us as we celebrate four different cultures from throughout history by recreating a menu and entertainment as might have been enjoyed by the lords and ladies of Rome in the 8th century, the Middle East in the 12th century, France in the 15th century and England in the 16th century.

An arts and sciences competition will be run on the night. It will be an open competition (any item) from one of the four time periods above.

Date: Sat 14th November 2015
Time: 5:30pm to 10:30 pm

The next day will be Adora’s November Omnia event (brought forward from the last Sunday to the third, just for November). Attendees have the option of camping overnight. A simple breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, porridge) will be cooked for those who stay, and lunch on Sunday will be a sausage sizzle instead of the usual pot luck.
