1:00pm – 1:30pm – Armor Inspections
1:30pm – 4:00pm – Tournaments
6:00pm – Hall Opens for Feast
6:30pm – Feast begins
11:30pm – Event closes

PRICES:

Adult: $35 (+$10 for non-members)
Minor (age 11-18): $20 (+$5 for non-members)
Child (age 0-10): $0 (+$5 for non-members)
Family (2 adults & their non-adult dependants): $85 (+$10 each adult non-member and +$5 each minor non-member)

Bookings are required by the 28th Jan 2022 and payments must be made by EFT by the 2nd Feb 2022. Upon receipt of your booking request we will send the details to make EFT payment.

Bookings and payment arrangements made after 28th Jan may be considered for first time SCA attendees.

If you find you can not attend the event please let us know as soon as possible before the event date. Refunds will be given at any time in cases of emergency, injury, sickness or Covid-like symptoms. For any other reason, a refund will be arranged if you let us know by the booking date.

Participants are reminded that if they are unwell or showing cold or flu-like symptoms, they must not attend.
